Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3-9 business days) — $6.80 or free on orders over $200.00
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 6-48 hours to become active.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States. [If applicable: We also ship internationally — please allow 6-15 business days for international delivery. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Damaged or Lost Packages Maine Natural Medicine is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at msachsman@gmail.com within 5 of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
